If you are aligned with the project's client.Your position should be somewhat safe; else, they will be forced to resign.No matter how well you perform for the organization, you will receive a low appraisal.There is no adequate communication.No job security.There is no purpose in analyzing soft skills and no internal training. This company doesn't motivate their employees.

Potential to gain collective experience, new learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Below par salary, no recognition, low hikes, favouritism, politics, intense workload at times, lack of empathy to employee concerns, improper/no guidance from seniors (depends on the team and peers maybe), and importantly poor job security. It doesn’t matter even if you wish to go an extra mile, the manager will prevent you from taking that step. Because won’t that upskill you and open the door to demand better compensation? Pathetic experience!

Client location is good. The work culture on the client base will be good.

Dislikes

Appraisal was delayed; no salary arrears for the delayed months. No meetings on a quarterly, yearly, or monthly basis. No appreciation mails, employee awards, or joining kits. No proper communication from the management level. No team outings, no employee appreciation rewards for gratuities. Many more to be listed but yet to be said.

...to give multiple interviews to get selected at client location. No job security. No salary hike no job position even after candidate having sufficient experience. No project is assigned since joining. No future clarification.

Exposure to technical environment of Ashok leyland and culture. Good work life balance,Food and transport facilities.

Dislikes

...n core technical activities and focuses more on CAD design and other activities. Hinduja tech has poor pay and appraisals in Ashok Leyland compared to main Hinduja tech office. 90 days notice period can be bought out but it depends on Ashok Leyland approval which is huge disadvantage.
