I work in credit department thats work environment and culture is good. Talking about appraisals are not fair they do not give a good salary hike. Policies of the company are good.

Teammates are very friendly and helpful at training time and its very secure job healthy environment i learn lot of things based on work and job skills it markets reliable and high quality products and has a global client base it's one of the most famous company in pan india.we work happily in colleagues.i also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, but growth is very less.sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours.

...any supporting all employees so well. Now i realised the greatness of HLF group. No layoff, no salary deduction unlike other companies. I m blessed to be part of this wonderful company at this part of time. I will support this company in every possible way.

proper traning should be given to new employees and apart from this no other problems. So far so good.
