Nothing in specific. Over All a good and vibrant company to work with.

Good pay. Diwali gifts. No Variable upto Deputy Managers. Good leave policy and holiday calendar.

Dislikes

No Learning and Growth. The OD team is running behind by 10 years. The management lacks experience and expertise. Extreme micro management. They preach coaching and fail to follow it. Managers, DGM and AVP are self obsessed and intolerant towards new minds/ideas/observations and suggestions. They hire experts and treat them like new trainers. Poor work culture as this team demands to be available 27/7 and call at night and on weekends. No certification or training for the team.

Nothing. This company is horrible. The management will cover up the mistakes of the team leader to their agents specially with salary issues. The management and the Payroll Dept are not really coordinating to resolve the disputes. Until the employees resigned, they didn't even received the salary that must be given to them and a salary they should not be begging of to received in the first place.

Dislikes

What I just like about the company is that they have processed application only for a day or two. Since most of the employees are resigning. Also the Trainers are great. Plus external TLs are far more great than the TLs who are hired internally. Everything that matters to them is there ratings and metrics.

...feteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hoke and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new jonees....
