Good environment and culture but salary Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's good to start your career it's it. Nothing good in this company.you will know only politics in this company.

Lower salary compare to other company.no traning,no guidelines,no offices in several areas. Apraisal is too terrible. There is no job security your Boss can do anything what they want.company policy is too terrible. Top to bottom all are currupt.

Hinduja leyland finance is a very ousts dinner company. Its provide there employees to freedom security. Atmosphere of office is always very supportive people always ready to help. Company always take care of customer's wish.

Dislikes

No any increase in salary, poor salary packages. Incentives didn’t get on time. No career growth. Its been two and half years no change in my position.

Likes

As a fresher, I learnt a lot about market and corporate so I appreciate that. Here we can learn diversified roles even after working for one role which is good for our own opportunity and skill developments.

Dislikes

Promotion incentives and compensation are very very slow or I can say in every 3 years it's done which is also not sure that it will happen(it depends on your reporting manager hierarchy and leadership skill) which boost in post you will get in every year job change(but this is only valid in HLF)9, Increment is not such good in every financial year as maximum hike is 15% every year which is less as per changing job.
