There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company give the better platform to enhance skills and knowledge for beginners in power Electronics domain sector in product design and development.one can get the hands-on practical experience in overall product development cycle from designing phase to commissioning of proto unit.

Infrastructures is average. Salary , wages and appraisal doesn't depend on the individual KPI, grades and hierarchy of the organisation.

...hat don't like example :- they will not share CTC Annexure with offer letter. The salary which you were offered at the time of hiring will not the same at the time of joining that will be less. No one will talk about that. Benefits which are getting in other region will not get in Eastern Region.

No such likes except job security that also for employees who want to stay at one company. Work was complete core electrical for M.Tech guys for Ac-dc converter control and traction motor control.

Salary was on the lower side. Discrimination in salary between iit and iisc and non iit professionals. Company culture is poor. The canteen for professionals looks like a labour canteen. You need permission and signs to go out if you have some work between office hours..utter shit, policy looks like a school thing.
