No career growth, no good salary, poor appraisal, poor work culture, very worst work environment, no respect for employees, no professional working system, high mental pressure from management. Salary bonus not paid in time.... Well educated employees are also treated like illiterates and tortured.

It has very good opportunity to learn new things and work for interesting projects for beginners and site installation are worth to travel

The management is worst and the appraisal and promotion you can't expect it is in worst condition

Everything Even cab driver also not respect engineers It is away from city. Not possible to time spent with family.

You may get some work satisfaction,job security is surely there but not much to learn ,innovate.

Culture is totally different from other companies.We feel Autocratic type of rule by the management which we feel bad about the company
