I'm working 2.5 year in himson engineering but salary was not growth properly,my salary is 8500/- with no pf profit,medical, anyone listen me you never work in himson engineering,not proper company,not proper companies policies,poor management,work culture is so bad, companies building is so old,anytime company is distroye possibility,not given award this company,this company is not deserve to award. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
