There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Teammates and other members are helpful and cooperative. Food, sports and culture activities are good.

...d hierarchy is only for name. Work and responsibility distribution are terrible. Salary also worst as per post.

There is nothing dislike reviews about himile molds India .The reason of resignation is personal that it's too long travel company to my home that's why I resigned. The company review outstanding 5 star 😄.

Only good thing is team mate and you like to work with them,and so muchhh bad thing is that you've work for 12-15 hours a day like a slave.

Hello, I've worked in this company for almost 2 year ,if anyone who's thinking about to give interview or joining this company, if you're a ITI student, it's good for you ,but if you're diploma or BE student , please please stop, there's hell experience I've get in last few years, They give the work like floor cleaning🧹,waste material handling,and if you're weak or not well in this,they broke your self respect in team meating in front of 12-15 people,I know cleaning floor once or twice is okay,but not everyday like a slave, whatever they Show on linkedin, Google or other social platforms like big MNC ,but bruh reality is totally different ,there's not any standards like MNC, like you came to job 7:30AM in the morning there's not any chance that you can go home before 8:00-9:00PM , Once you stuck here you're end up wasting your few years,this is my honest review,I hope there's not another innocent student stuck there.
