...ordered Sachin (so called HR) to fire me on 9th August, 2022 without any reason. Sachin did not stay his signed document to pay salary for 1 month the exit & if employee leave the organisation he has to notice for 3 month. However I received 15 day salary as exit notice in lieu of 1 moth notice salary. when I insist he told me to terminate your services without any reason and do not pay single peny.

He should understand that I was working somewhere after your regular followup to join early, I came into your organisation. My age is 48 years & having full family responsibility on my head, Mr Garg did not think how he will survive in this age, he is cruel, hitler..........everthing for me. He will punished by god due course of time.

German turned Indian company a pure Indian culture, no PF no gratuity just a month salary that too not on time. Interference of MD in smallest decision.

This is manufacturing company run by lala the owner of company is hardworking but because his daughter and son didn't got any job so they joined the company and they have messed up everything they are new in profession so they think company run without humanity rude uneducated and they are still working on paper no email communication they themselves forget what they said and what they want just running to catch the air without any reason. Father has earned money kids are just wasting it.
