Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...od and i like working with the staffs for the students.Work environment is good.Salary is average.I get a free working environment and the institution offers all the facilities to excel in all the horizons of research and academics.

Job security is a big problem,I am not sure when would I be asked to leave the college.Principal is not fit for the post.Politics among the staffs are too high and the director of the college never justifies the person against whom complaints are actually made.Director of the college is the sole power and he never understands the actual potential of the staffs.Too much of buttering to the director goes on in every corner of the institute.
