Nothing to be concerned about except for few good things.

Dislikes

Work culture is so toxic that you can't work, Policies are so weird that you can't understand apart from that upper management is so goddamn pathetic that can't be described. Their communication skills are so pathetic rude and mean it's like they've came from primordial era and if you do any mistakes you're fired.

I started my career With HIT. I learnt alot here. A new member is always welcomed and supported by all the other members. Working here was a great experience. The Principal of the Institute is a great woman. She is very supportive, kind hearted and encouraging.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
