Only advantage working there is less work load in Quality Department.

Somewhat the Management and Company Culture there is not good. There was no good scope of Self Skill Development and Knowledge enhancement,as,some cheap politics being played by few Departmental Seniors during my working there that troubled my learning new skills there,while I was ready to learn new things in Quick time and was seeking fast growth,but that was made difficult due to earlier mentioned nuisances.
