no they are not supporting properly, march,april,may salary deducted. they are not showing employees condition. manager are not working properly in lockdown. every time argue with labour and staff.

himalaya global was very bad company in my life. there is no job security & no career growth, in three year there is no increament. increament those persons only who are spoons of manager. management is zero level. there is no benefit policies. no future scope.

very bad management staff. no values of commitment. no values of man life. no values of employess future. no job secuirty. no career growth. no working environment.

Cartalism and terminating people without solid grounds...just to bring in relatives and acquaintances of people in power. No manager to report to and give credibility to your work. They dont give you ownership of your work too.. The managers keep changing for some or the other reason and when they change they bring their own people on board putting the jobs of those inside in risk. No proper management of anything in place. No HR Threatening about not giving an experience or reference letter if we refuse to accept their instructions to resign... No trust between anyone. people who are ready for doing any kind of compromises and adjustments are welcome rather than people who really try to contribute.

not much in positives except that you have to get out of your office by 5 pm otherwise you dont have access to get out of office. so great work life balanc

there is no freedom... you have to always say yes boss. even if you know something, you are not supposed to say or do unless approved by the boss.. only if you are an yess boss you can survive.... no HR in place... you cant carry your holidays to next year, even if you have work, you have to take it even if work suffers.... so much mistrust there are more Cameras than staff.... just say YES BOSS
