I like the environment of Hotel Management. Helping HR department. There was a good training programme, salary was on time, no politics, good work life.

It was good platform me to make my career better than other Hotels.

The shift hour is much more ... 12 hours must for F&B service ... I think Hilton should take care of that ... because 12 hours mandatory shift is tooooo much Thank you

...tech systems that are so old that you are still managing invoices through EXCEL. They always have cash flow issues so they never pay their vendors on time. Moving up is all about sucking up to the right person so terrible managers and executives are in charge of other people and it hurts morale in their teams and extended teams.

...andards and value were strictly followed and we the team members benefited much. We appreciated the end of the year bonus from the management however it had conditions to take it.

Every bit of things were good except for service charge we used to get because it was a fixed one 150 monthly.
