No salary growth. There is no lateral movement from Store Representative to account manager , as they are aligning during interview. You will get promoted if you are diverting processes to help ASM & account manager and taking part during unnecessary gossips ,politics etc... If you are from sales & want to grow your career in sales then dont join this organization at this position. Exit experience is very disappointing, they hold your salary for 4 months after your resignation and hr is not picking calls , not giving proper response regarding f&f.

Area driven sales culture Pressure for sales is too much If your area is good then you are very good sales person but if the same area is not good then there are verious challenges No skill development only sales pressure

Culture, focus on only numbers, drive like a driver even 300 to 500 kms in a day. Poor salary, they hire you on fake commitment and will give you less information so that you join. HR such as Tanisha dua will give you incomplete details till you join.

Micromanagement Almost zero increment and negligible bonus on diwali But the targets continue to increase Toxic environment

Good company to work for. I would suggest to join it after having a good experience so that you start with better salary package or else later you will get confused between switching from Hilti for a better package or remaining in HILTI with decent work life balance.

Dislikes

All good so far. Internal competition is so high for promotions and career development that one thing can be improved. An individual has to work at his best to get promoted. Sometimes it becomes really hectic to be at the topline.
