Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Hilltop motors sabse best showroom for specially for girl jaha unki safety aur growth ke liye dhyan diya jata owner ke side se.for employees ki thori se thori jarurt ka dhyan diya jata.har festival owner employees ke sath celebrate karte hai.Best showroom Hilltop motors Maruti showroom near gate no 1 Ashok Nagar Ranchi.

Time to time traning and mates working there where very nice and overall atmosphere is very nice

Working atmosphere is not good because Hilltop H.R Simple Singh kills P.F Money and G.M Manoj misbehave with junior employee
