The top management helmed by Kshitij Nadguda is way too good to be true. The company is on its growth curve in India.

Dislikes

Salary is decided on your previous package and not what you deserve. Also, experienced site staff is always in their own comfort zone and are adamant on proactively working towards the organization's interests.

Likes

Opportunity to work on Mega Projects in multinational environment, flexibility in working hours. Healthy work environment, supportive line Managers, Supervisors, HR staff. Office facilities, work life balance. Opportunities for CPD, learning and professional growth.

Dislikes

Difficult to answer, pay wise they are good but I believe there is always scope for improvement.

Likes

Salary receives on time. Administrative, HR and IT teams are quiet supportive.

Dislikes

Project team doesn't work in a professional way, namely two baastards (Vijay Tikoo and Saurabh Singh) have made project office a big gutter. The good news is that baastard no.- 2 (Saurabh Singh) has been dumped outside the company by the owner (of project) itself due to his bad habit of expecting freebies and under the table income. Very very shameful!! A true baastard.. HAHA

Only good thing is salary on time.

1. No basic amenities like computer, drinking water, tea/coffee, housekeeping 2. No growth (only 5% yearly increment) 3. No long term job scope (Mostly project based hiring) 4. No any HR support

Work life balance, on time salary.

Dislikes

Not sure about Hill elsewhere, but the project which I'm involved is a government project. The culture is too poor with additional responsibilities of other roles as well due to non mobilization of manpower.
