There is a lot of policy and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of two your before which you cannot resign on the job training is given to new joining journey is best

...his company never think for employee welfare.any time this company can fire you.always thinking for small small saving which related to the employee like AC use, transportation, t-shirt, salary cut and reduce manpower. so, as per my experience never try to go for Hi-Lex.

very poor management level. Not having skill level that much to take proper decision on time. all management work as a lala company. This company not runs like a Japanese MNC.

No any words for giving hi-lex beacause its very nice facility giving and this trouble time many people giving support so it's super.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure very high.sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours staight in a day as i have to attend every break downs in thr evening and sometimeslate into the night.
