... every new appointment there will be a bunch of false things and commitments. On compensation part one can only dream about incentives. HIL is like a job addiction company after which u will hate to do job.

No job security in pvc pipes. Work culture horrible. Job security terrific. Last 12 months 11 employee resigned. You will loss your confidence. Every day humiliation by RM Vishal Joshi who don't have any knowledge in retail. Always think about how to hired then how to fired. Please don't join under him in eastern zone if you want peace.

No one helps you regarding KRA in plant level Whatever you want to learn, you will have to learn it yourself, no one here will help you related to your work. There is more chamcha giri here. putty plant there is no equipment for testing. And the plant manager will ask you to do more work apart from your work. If you don't do what he tells you to do, he will pressure you.
