... then fire them after 10-15 days. Sumit Bansal has seen your performance is bad. He is not paying you since yesterday. He does not pay you for the days you work. after that he does not even pick up the phone, does not even reply to emails. There is no job security.

I grabbed my first ever job at HikeQA. I learnt many lessons to better my QA testing skills but more importantly, learnt how team spirit, friendly co-working space and passion for engineering is equally crucial. I will always cherish the time I spent working at HikeQA.

My Company has nice work culture and allows employee to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

The work pressure is very high, sometimes, I have to work more than 12 hours a day because of the client calls and I have to make sure the quality of the client's products should be good.
