This is a highly customer oriented no nonsense company, run by youngsters who want to learn and grow and be part of customers being left satisfied. Company is a very reliable and successful solution provider in the health insurance landscape, working with the best in the industry. Anyone who is here with the right attitude can progress really fast.

NOTHING to like about the organization other than employees, they are really good people. The tasks (KRA) you have been told and the actual job is way different. There is no OT for employees who work even at night. Management is completely traumatized, I would say some people are not mentally stable.

Your job performance will NEVER be RECOGNIZED. The worst part is at the time of annual appraisal the manager will ask you what you have done whole year... You will NEVER be addressee by your name if you work here your name will be BHENCH*D. While working here you have to COMPROMIZE your Self Respect also. Well, DON'T join this DUKKAAN unless you are bootlicker More importantly if you are reading this and having a second thought that I am lying and you see those positive feedbacks, they are forcefully rated.
