Till 2022 highradius is doing good. If you are a hard working employee and able to work 12hrs in a day and able to work in a weekends as well then Highradius is good option for you. If you are a smart working employee and have another life apart from Highradius then you will fire within in a year without any reasons.

...ke a professor. In simple word, it's a big trapped to work in this organization. They will pay you good money for manual work but learning is zero in that case you won't be able to switch in other organizations. They want hard working employee instead of smart work.

Nothing , earlier it used to be a good company , the work was good and compensation too , but after Return to office after covid , everything is going downhill. All good higher ups ( VP + managers ) have left the company and those who are remaining are looking out or are busy doing politics to save themselves. The company have stooped so low they will forcefully put you in PIP so that they don't have to give you severance package.

I joined as fresher in highradius just because it was offering a decent package compared to other offers i got. But i wasn't aware that money doesn't matters always. there is nothing to like about this company. NO professionalism, Toxic work culture...baised managers and higher management. Also beware that there is no transparency in this company.

Managers can opt for WFH but even incase of emergency also WFH is not given to ICs. They treat their employees like crap and prioritize at lowest.they intensionally don't acknowledge employees work and they never appreciate. Also the work culture is very toxic much like a toxic college rather than a professional IT company. Everywhere you can find people gossiping . Every thing is done here except the actual work.

Never join here.. i am not saying this in anger or anything... I have suffered enough in this company for me to recommend anyone. Worst IT company ever and i have worked in enough companies till now to review this as WORST!!!

...ves (which they mentioned in the appraisal form) - they had nothing else to say. They just want one reason NOT to increase the salary. And it is a well known fact that if an employee is in PIP, you can't change his/her team. But they did this too. They DEMOTED me and did not even put me out of PIP. There was a sword on my neck everytime... I am so so so so so glad that i left this company and found a new better job.. PLEASE NEVER EVER GO INTO THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

**** Regret, if you join************ 1. Old Tech Stack(old complex and dependable architecture & code) 2. DB Architecture, for a small task you might need to make many changes in DB and follow up with many people who won't respond. 3. No Job Security. Hire and Fire. Happened to Recently Joined Laterals, Freshers and own old employees. 4. No Proper Documentation. Only few people have the idea on Product Architecture, rest all will wait for their inputs for longer time and without proper planning, code will move to production and entertain with full of PROD issues and will revert back (small code change can issue in production, will revert the code after that) 5. No Respect to Employees and Micro Management 6. Full time forcible work from office at any case 7. No Sick, Flexi, Casual leaves. Only Earned Leaves ( if you are sick and took leave, will be considered as Unplanned leave and show that as a reason to terminate employment) 8. Many Employees were fired during their probation(Freshers and laterals) 9. No Recognition. Even if you get recognition, they can fire you next day. 10. Very Very Worst HR Policies HT team forced new joiners to update Good Reviews in Glassdoor while on-boarding and while doing company reviews. Will Defiantly regret after joining. Don't believe Talent Acquisition/HR words, all are lies and traps
