Salary on time. Freshers get opportunity of client interaction at very early stages and less hierarchy.

Dislikes

Lack of empathy and sense of belonging. Trainings need lot of improvement. Most of the consultants are working just knowing what they have to do, without having idea of 'why'. No transparency in terms of project roadmap, timelines, structure...and list goes on and on.. Few of the folks have good understanding of the product. Doesn't seem to be employee centric. Nobody has enough time to guide you through your exit process as well. Some of the colleagues/mangers hardly respond and you have nobody to reach out to for your concerns😊

No work life balance. And since a large part of the crowd is directly hired from college, they brainwash students into thinking that working like a mad hog is the normal way of working in office

The compensation is good when compared to competitors of similar Ecosystem,however the challenge will be to get recruited later by other companies. The company has some dreamy culture values however like everything it's all on the website and in paper.

CEO- Thinks he is God and is infallible , Believes in firing and blame people for his strategies not working, constant Re-orgs across departments. The attitude and Leadership - The senior leaders are always infighting by backstabbing and cribbing over other departments, sadly they never own up to their faults. They say Call BS on your boss but when someone bring up ways

Very toxic work culture, too much trash talk and back digging. No clear vision and working SOPs for the team that actually defines the instructions for the entire organisation

If you are a fresh college grad, and looking for a job, this is a decent company. Note that, I am calling it decent solely because of the starting salary they offer which is around 8 lpa. Apart from the salary, there aren't many good things to talk about this company. They have this policy of office parties every quarter and moderately frequent team outings - if this interests you.

Firstly, the management lacks a clear direction. Policies change what feels like every 2 months in the name of a "Fast-paced culture". Honestly, it feels like they are rolling out changes and performing Beta testing on their employees. To them, the customer is God - this isn't necessarily a bad thing but it comes at the cost of employee's Work-Life balance. No one will directly ask you to work overtime, but indirectly, deadlines will be set in a way, you will be forced to work overtime as well as on weekends. At times, you won't even get allocation for projects you are supporting as Project Managers will ask you for favours. Promotions used to be good about 2 years ago. But now they have rolled out Auto pH (appraisal) where your KPIs are directly tied to your Project's success. In theory, this sounds good, but in reality, your KPIs get penalized even for client-ended shortcomings such as low adoption or client-ended delays. They boast a lot about how "transparent" this new system is, and how it removes "human biases" but, in reality, whatever rating you get is carved in stone. They will ask you to write a "Challenge Opera" if you feel your rating is incorrect, but it's a waste of time, as the outcome won't change. They will use their "corporate MBA terminologies" to counter your arguments and shut you off. Overall, there are several other shortcomings, but I only recommend this company to fresh college grads and I recommend them to switch within max 1-1.5 years after gaining a decent enough experience.
