Skill Development and opportunities to manage project.

Dislikes

1) Some employees are just recruited as they are the best informers of the higher management. eg Soham Desai and Manish Sawant. They are least knowledgeable person in the industry and kept here for no reason. 2) Only work oriented company not employee oriented. 2) Least concerned about HR policies. 3) Need to fight for all employee related claims or need to do rigorous follow ups. 4) No training provided for skill development. 5) No check on higher management. 6) No provision of 360 degree appraisal process 7) Stressed work environment even if its not required 8) Team members are considered as bonded labourers. 9) No work from home allowed. 10) Being an IT company, infrastructure does not match to the standards

Fortunately team members were very active and helped each other while coping injustice.

Dislikes

Culture, Program Manager, No project management skills, it's a typical lala company, working under few old fools.

This is the worst experience I ever had . Their thought process is extremely poor. Treat employee as labour, and u dare to fall sick, they will ask you to resign. Some of the project manager are cynical. Actually whole management. They only get infra project. Keeps on repeating same strategy with every client.

This organization is not fit to run their business in IT industry. Its was a construction company. Whose Managing team get training from IBM and start providing SAP implementation in small scale sector.

Dislikes

Top management interaction , working environment and work-life balance.
