Salary is delayed every month. Some months it will be paid 15 days later. Poor support from HR. Keep running behind them for every small thing. They only respond well when escalated to client

Accordating to my opinion the high noon culture,nature,employers,management,policoes are very very very good.Really it's very great privilege for me to work in highnoon corporation.

There are three aunties who always try to discourage to people themselfself they called as team leads and they are holding 5+years of exp in same company.oh God then u can imagine.i never have been work under this type of Team leads.If u choose to work here then you will not find professional growth.
