There is nothing good in this company. Teammates are partial, a lot of groupism is there. Its more of a sophisticated call centre

...he time for your own hard earned money. HR is pathetic.....she does no work.....even if you ask for your salary slips (again and again) she will reply after a month. and will literally make you beg for your salary slips

The only good thing here is that you can earn as much incentives as you perform

The whole organisation is worse. When i put my resignation, they made me stay and then they humiliated me and did not give me enough opportunities to learn and grow as per my profile

The Management is quite small . If you focus on your work you can grow very well . There is a little pressure in terms of target otherwise everything is good for a fresher .

Just the target oriented for a performer you will get everything but if you are average things will be difficult for you .

Good place to start a career. If you can make the most of the opportunities presented to you. Learning is assured.

Job security is an issue! If not switched in 12 months then things can be stagnant!
