I like my manager and my team which is created separately after efforts from my manager. So, working in current team is quite different from working in any other team in HID Global.

Dislikes

What I dislike the most is no matter how good you're at work but promotion and perks are subject to experience so you won't get any appreciation or monetary benefits for your commitment until you reach to the required number of years.

The company is good, work load is much manageable, no much of micro management.

Dislikes

People and their mindset, Managers won't look for your betterment, No promotions, Managers show their two faces, no enthusiasm only work work and work, no encouragement, no team outing no corporate lunch / dinner. With in 3 months I started to feel I do not belong to this company.

I am worked at HID global it was very updating my times and that time I suffered financial help as give chance for me as intern very well treated them so I learn lots from them . So I like to work at HID Global

A terrible company to work. Never ever even look towards this company. There is no value for people even if you have more than 10 yrs experience in the same organisation.

There is ethics. People are self centred. Do not care about others life.
