There are not give transportation for shift supervisor, they not give priority to shift supervisors for any event, they not like any shift supervisors participate any event organized by company, only growth for incharge who got increment maximum

Payment was not in time...salary increment was very low...work union issue....now the plant has shut down by company...

I liked to works in hi tech investment casting ltd in production dept. I learned many things like technical work in production which is not cup of tea of my work. But I enjoyed to work with all staff members, director and labour's.

Dislikes

In hi tech investment casting ltd there is no any support from organization when employees were suffered from very difficult situation at company and at home like hospitalized. There is ni any emotional support from company. The work pressure is very high.
