Here I am working on client location as Assistant Manager ( Strides Pharma Science Ltd). Maintaining and doing project for Access control System, Biometrics & attendance system. CCTV, FAS, PAS etc. Audit support time to time.

...nts: Hi-tech Accurate Communication Pvt. Ltd. neither provides any leave nor PF. If employees take leave for emergency also, Hi-Tech debits their salary for those days. There is no proper appraisal in this company. All rules and regulations are applied only in the favour of company benifit not for employee.

The teammates are very supportive and true team spirit is at display all the times. The Director empowered me to take decisions, that is very encouraging and motivating factor for us.Through regular meetings and discussion we solve our business difficulties. In meetings we collectively provide solution to common problems of company. Mr Vinay & Mr Vimal encourages out of box solution to day to day problems of the company. His ambition is to take the company to new height, he is very enthusiastic about it and I share his enthusiasm to take our company to new height through our collective effort.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about this company, on the contrary I love everything about the company. I am as exited to go home on Saturday evening as i usually feel exited to go to my office on Monday morning.What more should i expect.
