Work life balance is great if you work in the factory. No calls no emails after work hours or on holidays. People are quite supportive and come together to resolve problems.

Dislikes

Compensation is average considering market standards and training is non existent.

...the product quality is good which leads to less failure rate and site visits. Apart from salary rest all the work processes takes unnecessary times and delay. Job security is not there, and you can be fired if mangement does not see any output from your side or if they feel that you are not obeying the management decisions.

What I like about HI-FAB is the culture and positive approach. Each and every employee has strong engagement and a growth path in the organization.

Dislikes

No one is 100% perfect and there is always a chance of improvement which HI-FAB always looks after.

Directors are best ever I have encountered. If you perform you get oppertunity. New comers are bringing new ideas and young management is sharing experience .... and organisation is pacing up the speed. Join now and be the member of surging organisation towards the new era.

As such there is no dislike from my side otherwise i would have gone from here but because I am encouraged n getting good opportunity to grow I am associated with HI-FAB ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. since last 3.5 years and more to go....
