Bad Management in 2023. Everything comes on high priority. The product becomes worse every day due to non-sense client requirements. They closed India operations in 2024.

They used to give good package and meal for lunch and dinner. Yearly team outing and quarterly team dinner and perks on Indian holidays.

Dislikes

They just laid off all the employees without any prior notice and shut down the whole Indian operation. They should have helped us to get a new job before laying off.

Free food, strong product and market share, good support from team and manager

Dislikes

Top Management, investors changing fundamental mission etc. Keep firing exisiting fleet to accomodate their inner circle. Overnight results seeker top management, It's a homecare Software Product but they don't care much about employees unlike before.

For long journey, this is good organization. You will get additionally perks and benefits as long term resources.

It's based on Individuals. Individual will not make growth in knowledge. As being product based organization there is scoped work.
