First of fall the co-workers and team leads are the best. They are super friendly and supportive and they never put any pressure to anyone . As the company roll working and any staff new joiner go to the training period and he/she is not qualified to the certification. So trainer is saying all handover in HGS HR. But nothing any help us and nothing to forward to any other working to department. Companys saying to associate do the resign letter from self. This is not good. Pls. Changes this system. Thank you.
