Compensation and Benefits are not really exciting.This is the only lagging part of this company.Company provides free breakfast and meals which is some good thing.Not suitable for freshers.

Policy are not equal for everyone HR should improvise some benefit are only for higher side people even work policies too including. More of management’s based organisations do not care about employees always listen for managers decisions.

The allowance given to a field engineer does not come on time and one has to wait for above 2 -3 months. And the project manager of Jio Bhuvan uthipathi does not transfer the allowance email further company director?

Yes , During Covid 19 lockdown hexagon India's management is supporting to employees to work from home . But if i am talking talking about those who are driving the projects like super senior they does not know how to drive the project along with employees.

Still Cowi's management employees are driving the hexagon India management . Need to change this or need to super senor to command those employee .
