You can develop multitasking abilities because management expect employees to perform multiple tasks.
Dislikes
Lot of Politics and favouritism, no job security and no work life balance. Less salary..and perks.. No appreciations, awards, rewards to Peoples who are genuine performance. Peoples who are close to management get promotions.
Products are very good unless the price is high compare to other brands. But there is no quality compromised.

I will requst all jobseekers donot join in hexagone nutrition,i worked for 4companies its the most worst company.nobody respond well .you will get nothing after resignation you have have to pay in return with torcher calling on phone and mail.please i begging u.am very sad .these company use and throw u.
Sir.sorry am using respective word.because this is a waste company.am for salary and carrier am changed .but by resignation am known about this waste company.y u sent me courier.and y u given bag and visualaid and after resignation .y u asking charges return also submitted to you.these will come to u.after resign
Job Security is good. During lock down no lay off has taken place. They deducted the salary during lockdown but afterwards reimbursed by way of Arrears. Management is helpful, respectful and believe in CARE philosophy i.e Clarity and Credibility, Accountabilty and Adaptibility, Respect and Response ability, Engage and Involve. Company Policy is good, every year they give the increment. Company growth is good.
