New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Since many years, India division is hardly contributing 3% of the global annual sales despite having a very healthy and competitive market in all the domains this company operates in. This directly reciprocates as poor employee management triggering poor performance by workforce resulting eventually in poor employee satisfaction. It also affects the employee retention as most people either leave for better prospects or keep thinking about moving out, in either case, reflecting poorly on both the management and the company.
