Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Every Goal is a Stretch Goal. There is no single normal or boring day. Job security is definitely there. They won't hire you unless they can't place you. Also, they won't fire you just like that. Sales team, there will go to extreme lengths to place you in a project. The Delivery team will always keep you engaged.

Dislikes

Salary & Benefits is low. Your work/day never ends. You will start your work around 10Am and you won't even get a proper time to go to rest room. After working for almost 12 hours straight you think your work day has ended and then you will recieve a call to work in a presales. That is definitely exhausting and its a huge thumbs down.
