Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Awesome Culture. Good Job Security at lower levels. Compensation depends on if you keep dependency on yourself. You can find options to change technologies and provide you with sufficient trainings if need. Special Interest Groups are really awesome place to learn latest domains or technology, where you can meet people from different BU's. Never miss those. If you are good in Sports then IWF/STSD campus is the best for that with multiple sports fecilities.

Dislikes

Compensation is worse in legacy or free products and based on BU. Even Snacks depends on BU, giving a feeling that employees are not equal and depends on your BU money.
