This company lacks parity. One person having 10 lacs package, other person with same level and more achievements might have 6 LPA. There is no genuine criterias for increments. If u have good relations with your manager you but average achievements, you might see exceptional growth, compared to the one having decent relations and exceptional achievements.

Unfair compensation Unfair taggings and performance assessment process. Unfair targets which keeps on increasing every now and then If u wanna stay successful u gotta put every hour of ur life to push the sale.

Likes

Good for the person who want to go ahead with the sales career. Timely payment of salary, gift for employee in Diwali, If you are good in sales you have good future, since you will be working with a brand. You have good job security, if you are decent.

Dislikes

You may not working in office time 9am-6pm, you may have to work more than that if client needs you. If you are not fulfilling your target, you will be in a great pressure, no matter you are in which region or area. You may have to work in holidays too, if required.

Salary on time If you are working in hettich there lots of food benefits you get in month of end And annual sales meet every year

1. Weekend work required on Saturdays and Sundays without extra pay. 2. No approval are done by Assistant Regional Manager for regular hotel stays when traveling between cities on alternate days. 3. Expected to work from 9 AM to 12 PM during month-end closing. 4. Insults and pressure from the Regional/Assistant Regional Manager if targets aren't met in front of 1,000 salespeople. 5. Pressure in meetings to secure orders from dealers. 6. Promotions depend on manager’s preferences and favoritism. 7. Working as Assistant Area Manager (AAM) in Hisar, Kaithal, Sirsa, Fatehabad

I liked that they are not differentiate people according to their education. All educated and non educated are equal with salary structure.

Dislikes

We are paying 28 rs per day for canteen but not given atleast good food to eat.and also salary is 300rs/day for all 10th fail, iti, diploma as well BE person. Rate are same for all.

Learning new things(softwares), Nothing much to lyk just salary was on time

Dislikes

They just want a robot person to work as per their commands without thinking about personal lyf and they just provide proper treatement to their old emloyees even if your going through any medical injuries they dont provide any help from their side (wfh was not provided even having a Hybrid schedule) also they ask to not take unplanned leaves
