You will always be paid your salary on Last day of month without fail, except you are put on hold. YEs ZM/SM/AVP/VP/ED can anytime put your benefits on hold without advance notice. It also happens when your Daily Reports dont reach them in time irrespective of reasons.

1. The division I worked was Genx. Life at Genx, Hetero Main, Frenza and Amalgamated divisions is a nightmare due to Top Management and Training Department. 2. Top management often adopts abusive language with middle or lower management. 3. No Job security. Politics is at Top. Any moment of time they can tell you that you Stop Working and can hold your salaries. 4. Recently in end of 2022 they abolished Divisional Manager and Zonal Manager post and took Jobs of more than 20 Middle Management personals. This was part of their Entranchment process. And no explaination of Allowance provided against it. 5. Average Work Span of RM is 2 Years, DM- 1 Year, ZM- 6 months and AMs are like Insects for them whom they can kill any point of time - In short abosolute no Job Security. 6. Salaries not at all matching with Pharma sector. Management is Blood Succer. 7. Middle Manage looses part of their Hard earned salaries if there are Sales Returns. Monthly deductions from AM 5000, RM-10000 and ZM - 15,000 in the name of Incentive Recovery in case of Sales Returns > 1% of Sales., irrespective of whether you earned Incentives or not. 8. HR Policies stands nowhere in this organization. The Show is run by only one person and that is its ED (Executive Director) and this person is Just eating Money of Company by Useless Market Activities and Continued but Worthless Training Process. This big mouth can Scold anyone in front of anyone in general meeting. Like your AVP can be abused in front of AMs and Medical Representatives. 9. Absolutely No respect for Employees specially subordinates by top management. ED is worst out of all. I see him abusing SMs/VPs in front of whole crowd in General Meetings and making jokes of their capabilities, claiming repeatedly that he is the best judge of their fortunes. Pathatic Culture all around. 10. So many Customers are involved into Activities for Benefits, Year by Year, but most are not paid on time and ultimately Field Force at Lower and Middle Management suffers. Worst CRM Management - No one answers when their are delays. But Growth in every Brand is must irrespective of circumstances. 11. Descision making of Superiors is Zero. Even a MR is assigned only after approval of Executive Director and VP Training. Low salaries and tidious recruitment process will always lead to attrition and slowed recruitment process. And AM/RM/DM/ZM are targetted for this and even they have lost their jobs for vacancies in their territories. Salaries of MR is pathatic in Hetero that all knows. 12. High attritions at all levels - Low Salaries and No Job security is the reasons. 13. Career Destroyer Organization - Do not join the listed four divisions ever unless you are dying of hunger. There are no chance that you can ever grow with this current management in company. None of above fact on my personal opinion. These are facts and you must crosscheck them before joining any division of this company into sales department. Hetero Healthcare and Hetero Drugs are operated by different family. Dont get confused. Hetero Drugs is top Manufacturing Pharma in India but Hetero Healthcare is worst Pharma Marketing Organization in India.

Team mates are good, bosses are not so effective to guide and handholding, As per post they are not working, e,g Sm level post people seems to working as a medical representative, annual increament is not so good,work life balance is ok. i,e if u r working more hours for copmany and u get success, from that kind of job satisfaction can be achieved, it depends from person to person. for me career grwoth was good, but salary was not matched as per the designation and work load.

Only thing I like here is work process with proper follow up and monitoring

Worst company to work for.... No motivation for good work... Too bad culture... No rise in salary... People working here for long time on very less package as per the industry trend... In this digital era, company asking us to prepare every format and appraisal on paper pads sent by them... Even still they have paper reporting... When I comes to travel policy, they are having such a low expenses that one needs to spend money from own pocket.. Bad experience..... Management do not believe in individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times... Will never recommend anyone to work here
