There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you canot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is very strong enough in obtaining latest technologies, competitive team members makes us to learn and motivate in our work aspects.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high and won't pay for over time even though you works for 18-20 hours a day for four or five times in a week.

-Carrier growth is not good -Increments are below average -Company some benfits are not given to Engineering and safety departments like attendance bonus and night shift allowances - notice period is 3 months

All staff supporting nature. Knowledgeable every deportment. Good hospitality Work satisfaction Very good culture of administration.

Increment criteria is not good. Promotion criteria: After promotion salary structure is same. wok profile also same.

Salary and increments was very poor. More politics in the company ie.,unit 5 process electrical team lead person was very bad, he was harresing the people, wrongly protrate to the managers
