Recently I have been in Home quarantine since 5th July being a primary contact person in this period No Single person from HR Department contacted and not even called for testing literally they are not even taken my request for testing I have gone through my self for everything

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3 year's before which you can resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

In Hetero very good environment total.nd my colleagues they are like family..nd salaries are average..my skills are developed in hetero...nd am learning how to behavie in professional life....Hetero innovate recently Tafero 40am drug that achieve goes to hetero family..in Hetero some persons plays politics but it's no effect on any body..

Compensation is decent but growth slow..managers do not value an individual's unique strengths.no value on work they preferred high refence persons
