Salary and increments was very poor. More politics in the company ie.,unit 5 process electrical team lead person was very bad, he was harresing the people, wrongly protrate to the managers

All staff supporting nature. Knowledgeable every deportment. Good hospitality Work satisfaction Very good culture of administration.

Increment criteria is not good. Promotion criteria: After promotion salary structure is same. wok profile also same.

For freshers company gives very good opportunity to explore,learn new skills , Apprisal or promotion was not that good but ok Only one week off Rotational shifts

Work culture was completely odd Favouritism does exists Only one week off Less pay but need to work like a slave

I would say very good atmosphere here to learn new skills even as a fresher If you are consistent after one year you can able to handle HPLC ,GC ,KF,WET Analysis. Job security unless until made a mess without any choice then no security till then it's like government job

Salary was quite low ,work life balance sucks ,work culture was not that good

We work their as a team which is more stronger day to day work life. We balancing it with our responsibility. There is not any disturbances happen in between senior and. Every employees are like family in working area

...at is our policy without any information there is HUMAN RESOURCE policy changes. An employee always wants to getting salary as per his gross but some times salary deposited with cutting of money.
