Salary and increments was very poor. More politics in the company ie.,unit 5 process electrical team lead person was very bad, he was harresing the people, wrongly protrate to the managers

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No pay for overtime,in emergency you work for 18 to 20 hrs,worst management,they don't know how to treat an fresher engineer,worst engineering and production department,no hikes,work same as labour.

1.It's a bulk drug manufacturing industry where we can see and learn about many kinds of equipments and process. 2.Coming to department and we people involved any type of work irrespective of department.

Dislikes

...bond for 3 years and it's under contract (3rd party) recruitment for company. 2.Production people will do OT some times where company won't pay OT money.
