Safety is the main priority for Hertel and daily tool box talks prior to any work commencing all safety aspects are the main concern. Training is updated on a regular basis I.E with in a month of expiring we regular train all operatives if required.

Dislikes

Team work is my main priority without a good support team we can not achieve ALL our goals for the maintainance of the refinery.

The work environment was excellent and I enjoyed working with this company.

The Company Amb Hertel Middle East with whom I was associated for a long time is a company based in the UK. The work Environment was Excellent and I enjoyed working with this company. I was involved in the ENOC Expansion Project in Jabel Ali Dubai while working with Amb Hertel. The company Management was very cooperative and had guided and supported me in the course of the successful completion of the Project. I had resigned from my job at the end of the above Project as I had to return to India due to Personal reasons.

Its a very good company, Just few year back one of biggest company Altrad Group Brought to Hertel and again its become big company. we are following very good standard in all sector such as during recruiting, job evaluation, Vacation & Leave culture, so on.

Nothing such bad culture in hertel.

planning turn around unrealistic. to much bending towards customer makimg us fail them. Information not decemenated to the planning team, planners expected to find out changes that are occuring minute by minute.
