Promoter least interest in business and has given free hand to mediators who are just Befooling promoters by showing fake numbers in PowerPoint. Munjal is a big name and Hero as a brand doesn’t need any promotion but people who are heading the realty business is taking undue advantage of free hand given by promoter.

Hero realty is very good corporate and I m working since 2016 and positive environment and great training session on the job and off the job getting good package currently and good appraisal every year.

Hero reality is a very good company, to work. Employees are feel safe. Open door policy. Conducting training and work shop for the employees. Issues resolve by HR and Senior management on immediate basis. Colleagues are very good and supportive. HR conducts physco-matric test at the time of joining.That is Very good to maintain the company, employee work aura.

Dislikes

3 month notice period at the time of resignation for the on-roll employees.
