...n Appraisals of employee atleast in those cases where employee got harrashed. Basically if you want fix salary you can come ur welcome here...if you want growth in life then think and verify the hmcl once...after all its about your life...

Appraisals are very extremely poor. Spoiled my 5 years growth.

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gamin arcade fir chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot off politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work life balance is respected by the organisation. HR body is active and keeps objective clarity & confidentiality while handling any grievances.

Dislikes

Salary negotiations are too tight while hiring. Performance monitoring/appraisal mechanism is too weak & hence remains largely independent of the work delivery but roots largely into perceived image and relationships with the recommending authorities.

1.Management is approachable & supportive especially for new joining employees. 2. Highest Salary they offer to new joined employees who joined at their remote location plant.

Dislikes

1. Heavy Nepotism 2. No System Exist within the Company 3. Company is limited to only Cycle Business excluding Gear Business. 4. Employee Can be transferred into any department without any consent of Employees. 5.All of their JV are flop . 6. Company lacks in their Mission & Vision. Even though company not having any proper Vision. 7. Mostly reference employees are hired in New JV plant which makes the company environment toxic for non referenced employees.

Hero Motors best company for salary growth and skill. Because team leader Mr. Amit Gupta and Mr. Anil Rathi has good personality. He is trains the team from time to time and achieved the goals.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics going on here. There are some people who have been doing the same work for many years. They do not allow the new ones to survive the job.
