There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Asdc (automobile skill development council) course in CNC operating and machining technician from Gurukul hero Motocorp Ltd Dharuhera Haryana . Asdc branch of national skill development council . 8hour working in plant and 2 hour training in Gurukul training centre hero Moto corp ltd.

1. Lack of concrete processes that eliminates human errors 2. Poor documentation level. Past learnings are not recorded as they should be 3. Poor planning and prioritisation . Plethora of models/variants vs limited time. 4. Poverty of ambition : doesn’t aim to be the market leader in terms of technology or new product. The vision steers towards revenue and automobile market share primarily . 5. PDCA is rare 6. Project management team is more concerned about time than Quality and cost.
