Festivals are celebrated, Five day working, Good salary, Annually Maximum Leaves provided, Organisation is very good, Freedom of work,Ac Bus facility is available, Canteen is available,Cleaness, Organisation premises nature is eco-friendly, Diwali celebration and gift provided, Annual family get together.for female employees this organisation is very good,female employees are preferred.

Organization aims to motivate employees but functional departments are not motivated.Promotion is not based on performance or talent, ie is partiality, career growth is not good,Talent is not needed, mujra is needed.All facilities and programs are only for consideration of normal shift workers, shift workers are not considered.no job security,employee return policy is available for infinity.partiality between employees.

1. Lack of concrete processes that eliminates human errors 2. Poor documentation level. Past learnings are not recorded as they should be 3. Poor planning and prioritisation . Plethora of models/variants vs limited time. 4. Poverty of ambition : doesn’t aim to be the market leader in terms of technology or new product. The vision steers towards revenue and automobile market share primarily . 5. PDCA is rare 6. Project management team is more concerned about time than Quality and cost.

Policies are strong and pay is good. A lot of resources are available for professional growth

Dislikes

Good policies lack proper implementation and company strategy is not consistent. Several projects are lauched but success is very low which is result of poor strategy. It is difficult to connect to company

Hero is not a japnese company it's a Indian company old people's in HMCL thinks they are the boss and no one knows better then them also HMCL follows TPM which I think a great misguide for top management as people's are showing wrong data in each pillar and clapping for each other in the end of each time review
