There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is cash rich which is plus point as salary and compensations are better then majority of competitors.

- poor work life balance - less growth opportunities - show off for having system but it is boss driven culture

1. Lack of concrete processes that eliminates human errors 2. Poor documentation level. Past learnings are not recorded as they should be 3. Poor planning and prioritisation . Plethora of models/variants vs limited time. 4. Poverty of ambition : doesn’t aim to be the market leader in terms of technology or new product. The vision steers towards revenue and automobile market share primarily . 5. PDCA is rare 6. Project management team is more concerned about time than Quality and cost.
