I am personally statasfied with work I do work without pressure and deadline.The atmosphere of company is very good for me.Every one have a good heart to greating me.

The main problem is salary package.Its very low next I can't improve my life style The company should not provide two days paid leave.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hero is not a japnese company it's a Indian company old people's in HMCL thinks they are the boss and no one knows better then them also HMCL follows TPM which I think a great misguide for top management as people's are showing wrong data in each pillar and clapping for each other in the end of each time review
